Sport

FootballSport plays an increasingly important role within the timetable as children enter the Lower School.

Children have two games session with specialist teaching staff where they are introduced to the more formal team games of football, rugby, netball, hockey, rounders and cricket. Although they only play smaller versions of these sports, they do begin to compete against children from other schools in the area and participate in a number of fixtures throughout the year at a competitive level.

Children in the Lower School are also encouraged to take part in some extra-curricular activities which include a wide variety of sports.
