We work hard to make our school fees competitive and these are reviewed annually by the Head and Governing Body.

Our fees incorporate all meals, books and equipment. Day trips and visiting speakers are also generally covered within the termly tuition fee. Residential trips (from Form III to Form VI) are chargeable.

Parents are able to pay fees in a number of ways: for further information, please contact the Director of Finance at bursar@longacreschool.co.uk or telephone 01483 893225.

Early Years Free Education

We are a registered provider for Surrey County Council Free Early Education for 3 and 4 year olds and are able to offer 15 hours entitlement under the scheme.

Childcare Vouchers

We accept childcare vouchers which are a tax efficient way of paying for some fees and charges. Some employers offer this benefit. Childcare vouchers can only be used for:

  • Nursery fees
  • Kindergarten fees
  • Reception fees up to the term of the child’s 5th birthday
  • After school activities
  • After school care

Childcare vouchers cannot be used to pay for school fees after statutory school age (including activities and trips during the normal school day).

We are also registered for Tax Free Childcare, the new tax efficient Government Scheme.

Sibling Discount

A discount of £300 per term is offered for the third child at Longacre, all the children to be at the School at the same time.

Registration Fees and Deposits

A non-refundable fee of £100 is payable upon registration.

A deposit of £500 is payable upon acceptance of a place and is refundable when the child leaves.

Fees and Payment

Fees are reviewed annually. Payment is due for all year groups on the first day of term by direct debit. A monthly payment plan is available by arrangement with an external provider.

We operate a fees in advance scheme, to provide a method where the costs of independent education can be reduced by making an advanced lump sum payment. The minimum number of terms payable to qualify under this scheme is six terms. Details are available from the Finance Director.

Terms and Conditions

All information is subject to the school’s terms and conditions, which are made available to parents at the start of each academic year.
