Before Longacre
After leaving university, I quickly realised that I wanted to pursue a career in education. I became a teaching assistant at a local primary school and completed my PCGE whilst working at the same school the following year. I then moved up to London and worked at a school in Chelsea as a Year 2 teacher for 3 years.
Roles at Longacre
I am currently a Year 1 teacher and run the Key Stage 1 Maths games club.
Away from the Classroom
I love spending time with family and friends. My husband and I also love relaxing at home together, cooking and watching a good TV series. I am an avid reader and would quite happily spend all my summers lying in the sunshine lost in a book. I also enjoy keeping fit and try to get to a few different classes a week when time allows!
