Life before Longacre
Before Longacre I worked at a prep school in Reigate. I was Head of French there for two years and taught children French from Reception to Year 6. Before that I was a Year 3 teacher, teaching all the core subjects and humanities.
Roles at School
At Longacre I enjoy being a Year 3 tutor and teaching English, Verbal Reasoning and humanities.
Away from the Classroom
Away from the classroom I am keen on keeping fit and healthy. I go to the gym and enjoy going out into the Surrey Hills and bridleways on my mountain bike. I love walking too; in the local area, in Yorkshire where I’m from and I have enjoyed many walking holidays abroad.
