Simon Moore

Simon is a fire safety consultant, having retired from the Surrey Fire and Rescue Service in 2017 after 30 years of public service. His final role in the Fire and Rescue Service was as Assistant Chief Fire Officer Operations, where he was responsible for overseeing the emergency response, fire safety enforcement and education programmes for the whole of Surrey. He is married to Louise who is a former Longacre pupil of the “Cholmeley era” and they have three grown up sons. Simon is a member of the Education Committee and the Welfare Committee of the Board. Simon is also the Governor responsible for Health and Safety.
