Our 50 week a year nursery welcomes children from 2 years until Reception and provides year-round specialist education during a child’s important foundation years.
At Longacre we understand and celebrate that every child is unique, and our school ethos of “A happy heart goes all the way” starts from the moment we welcome you and your child at the school.
Our wonderful Nursery setting provides a wide range of environments that ignites the children’s interests and thirst for exploration and learning, with our Nursery fully immersed into the wider school community and school life. Children use the schools multiple learning environments both indoors and outdoors, as well as the specialist teachers all year round, and wear an age appropriate version of the school uniform.

OPEN LONGER Offering term-time and extended hours, our typical day begins at 8:30am and ends at 4pm, with extended hours available with our breakfast club from 7:30am and afterschool care with hot tea until 6pm. |
OUTDOOR SPACE Set in the school grounds with nine acres of stunning woodland, our Nursery offers a dedicated play area and garden, with children also having access to the schools onsite woodland. |
DEDICATED BUILDINGS Following a refit in summer 2023, our Nursery offers a dedicated and purpose built space to support every element of our early years curriculum. |
