Emily Chalkley

Emily Chalkley is a Senior Associate in the Employment team at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP, Guildford, and has been with the firm for over 7 years. Emily advises on all aspects of employment law both contentious and non-contentious, working for large FST 100 companies, SMEs, charities, not for profit organisations, financial institutions and senior executives. She predominately works within the Charity, Financial Services and Retail sectors. Emily held the elected position of Junior Representative on the Employment Lawyer’s Association (ELA) Management Committee (2017-2020). Emily also sits on City HR Association’s Shadow Board of Directors. Emily is a member of the Governance Committee.
