Sheila Maxwell

Sheila has worked as an HR professional for over 20 years, having started her career at Coopers and Lybrand where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. She specialises in Reward governance and strategy, and has worked for a number of FTSE 100 companies, most recently Barclays PLC. She is married with two daughters, both of whom completed their early years education at Longacre. Sheila chairs the Welfare Committee and is a member of the Governance Committee of the Board.
